emailing one page from a document with many pages

I have a pdf song book which has over 200 pages. I occasionally want to send just one of the pages to a group I belong to. How do I send just the page I want rather than the whole book?

If you have Acrobat Pro (not just Reader), you can use the Extract Pages command.  It allows you to create a stand-alone document with the page(s) you extract.
