Error 1001 when editing PDFs

I have a problem editing PDF files, but this happens sometimes, not always. 

I get the error 10001 saying "Can not process the page due to an error in recognicing service capturing paper" 

I need help as I am paying for the serfvvie and this has happened to me for 3 to 4 months now.
