Error Code 1311 during download

I just purchased Adobe Pro 2020 and cannot download because I get stuck at an error code 1311. I am not an IT person, so please offer solutions for a layperson 🙂

Also, Adobe is the COMPANY name... what is the PROGRAM name?

Been having this exact problem when trying to download the software (Acrobat 2020). Any troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.
