Just signed up for the free 7 day trial for Acrobat and its not the best of starts.

Trying to install Acrobat DC and about 30% of the way in it pops up with the message

"Conflict installing Acrobat DC - Close your work and save the following programs before continuing. Learn More."   It lists Microsoft excel.  Excel is not open.  I click on the "learn more" and it tells me to close the program that is causing the conflict -

Ive restarted the PC and tried again however exactly the same issue.

Any ideas?
