Error Message when Splitting

I try and split a document by top level bookmark and naming as those bookmarks and I receive the following pop up:

Perhaps try to designate your target to a different folder than the original.  I attempted this operation, and it worked properly for me.  Also, be sure that the file is not open or being previewed by any other app/OS view.  The more you can tell us, the better shot we have to help troubleshoot this.
