I keep getting the following error message:

We would like to get a few more details from you;

1- Do you receive this message upon viewing a specific PDF file? Check with a different file.

2- Is that document is saved on your computer or available on web or an email attachment? You may first save the file in your system and then try to open it using desktop application

3- If you are working with any of these two applications Acrobat or Reader DC, then make sure you got the latest patch installed. Here are its updates details: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html
