Error "Host_SingleInstance" on installing Acrobat DC

I have purchased the acrobat dc pro and get a message box  "Host_SingleInstance" after I click "YES" to allow it to make changes, any help

i have tried chat and get nothing, it is not working

clean per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

use the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud to install your acrobat dc subscription.
