Error " There was a problem reading this document (14)"

When scrolling through this PDF, I get the error, "There was a problem reading this document (14)".  The error occurs on pages 71-74.  In the PDF, the pages are marked with squares.  

This document can be viewed on the web in Google, Kopfax and Foxit.  The file was updated by iText and this issue occurred.  

Can you please research the document to see what is actually happening to the document?

Just because other PDF viewers display something for the pages in question does not mean that you don't have a problem. I suspect that the appliction you used to modify the PDF file did not stick to the PDF specificaton and wrote something into the file that corrupted the file. When you hold down the Control key (or Cmd on a Mac) when you acknoledge this dialog, it will give you more information about the problem. Acrobat is usually not wrong about corrupt PDF files.
