We have an Excel file that we use as purchase order data. We enter everything necessary for the PO in the Excel file and then create a .pdf within Excel. After that we then bring in our .pdf PO form as the background.
We have 1 computer that is "stretching" the document, so by the time it gets to the bottom of the page, the .pdf body is extended beyond the background form, basically the new .pdf is too long for the form. It starts out ok, but grows further down.
The problem is occurring at the create .pdf step. We can take the same Excel file and .pdf it with two different computers. Before even importing the background you can clearly see that the one file starts to drop lower on the page. Even when we print both .pdf's the 1 computer's version of the print ends up being spread out, about 1/2", which puts everything outside of the background format. At the top of the page, it lines up precisely. This starts to happen within the first 1/4 of the page.
There is only 1 computer out of 3 doing this.
We have confirmed all setting are the same within Excel, Adobe, Display Settings, Printer Settings...we cannot figure this out.
I would greatly appreciate any insight on how to correct this.
