Expand with contents - PDF Fillable form

Can anyone help?  

I have Word document with tables which expand with content. I need to convert this to a fillable PDF form. When I convert to a form tp PDF the expand formatting is lost and the fillable text box is only as big as the table cell shows. 

Is there a way to keep the table cell settings (expand wth content) so that the fillable pdf text box and the expandable table cells work together? OR is there a way to create an expanding fillable form area?
