Hi,

I'm still new to Adobe Acrobat and trying to figure it all out.

I'm working with a lot of Pdfs, some digitally signed and some not yet signed which still need some work to do. Is there any way to get a better overview without opening every single file? Is Windows explorer somehow able to sort according to this status? Or can I hide all unsigned documents?

Help or any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!

This is not really related to Acrobat, but to Windows Explorer, but I don't think such an option exists.\

If you have Acrobat Pro you could use an Action Wizard to process multiple files and either generate a report of all the ones which are unsigned, or copy them to a specific folder. This will require using a script, though.
