I have checked the account details with the email you are using on this community and see that you have the subscription for Acrobat Pro DC.

The option to export the PDF to Image is not yet available via Acrobat Reader Mobile Application, you need to open the PDF with Acrobat DC on your computer and then export it to image as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/using/pdf-to-jpg.html
