New Here ,
Nov 15, 2017 Nov 15, 2017

Adobe program installed an update first thing this morning & since then, I have been unable to open any PDF document whatsoever.

Now the program itself will not open & I am constantly receiving the message "Fatal Error - Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE server".

I have tried to uninstall, repair, reinstall................nothing is working.

Please help!!!

reset your preferences -   https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1595848?start=0&tstart=0

if that fails:

uninstall acrobat (after securing your serial number)

if win os, clean per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

restart your computer

reinstall acrobat and activate with your serial number

if that fails, Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE server
