Are you getting any error message or code when trying to convert the PDF file to a different format? If yes please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Freeware application) or Adobe Acrobat DC (Subscription) and what is the version of the application? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat/Reader DC
make sure you have the latest version of the application 20.006.20042 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

Are you on a Mac or Windows Machine and what is the version of the OS?
