Hello! We are having intermittent problems saving our PDF files from a medical record system called Cerner. When we save the document (to a secure network based file server), it scales the document down to around 34%. This is highly intermittent and isn't document specific. The same user can redo the creation of the PDF file using the same steps in the same frontend session with a completely normal result. Any ideas on how we can resolve this?

Does the system use Adobe products to make the PDF?

We believe so. It is initially generated inside the Cerner application via a webpage. It is then printed to PDF using a PDF printer software (either MedGraphics or CutePDF depending on the user's choice).

You mean you have a PDF on a web page, then you print to PDF? Why would you do that rather than download it?

The application only gives the option to print the file. FWIW, the file is formatted in the appearance of a PDF file but I can't confirm the file type prior to us printing it to PDF.
