My healthcare provider is trying to provide a pdf verision of my files. Their machine is letting them save as a PDF then Symantec is forcing a pwd. When I try to open the file from a CD or flash drive on another machine I get this error:

Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open 'file_name.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).
