Fill and sign issue : signature option not found

Hello all,

I am using fill & sign and the signature option is no longer available when I type something, I can add text, check boxes but the signature tool is missing.

Would anyone have any insight on this?

Hi Julie,

Sorry for the delay in response to your issue. When you say Signature option is not available or can't find it. Haven't you been able to see the "Pen" icon under the Fill & Sign tool?

There could be two possibilities-

1st- The document you have been working with, doesn't allow signing. So check with other file

2nd- Your application needs to be updated or required a clean uninstall-reinstall

So, first quit the app. Reopen-Sign out and Sign In Acrobat>Help>Check for update

Still no luck? Use this cleaner tool to remove the app: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html and reinstall 

For better understanding, share the screenshot of your Fill & Sign options.

Thank you for your reply!

I couldn't see the pen icon anymore when the fill and sign tool was open.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and it seems to be working, thank you for your help!
