Fill and Sign option is disabled for Adobe Dynamic Forms

Dears ,
We are using SAP ADOBE FORM ( Dynamic Forms ) and we need to have a comment box for an user to type the required Text or comment and the comment can be extended to 2 or 3 pages also , after providing the comment the user needs to sign in the comment box . As it is a dynamic form we see that the signature ICON is disabled , so only digital signature is allowed . but staic and fillable forms this icon is enabled .we need a solution to have this signature enabled ICON . Fill and signature ICON is disabled for dynamic forms , is this a standard functionality of ADOBE ? . We uses SAP Adobe Live cycle designer to create this form . Your analysis is highly appreciated
