Fillable Form Saving Font too Large (out of fields) in Firefox - Fine in Other Browsers

I've made fillable forms for a client in Acrobat, and they let us know that when filling out the form in Firefox everything looks correct, but when they save it from there the font size on the field responses becomes larger and unreadable, cutting off the responses. 

This does not happen when loading the form in Chrome or Edge or when saving it from there. Is there something I can do to fix this in Acrobat? Has anyone else run across this issue? I took a screenshot of what it looks like after saving from Firefox and Chrome.
