Fillable form tracking in Excel

I have created a fillable form that needs to be sent to and completed by numerous different people. Is it possible to make the various fields auto-populate one Excel spreadsheet for sorting and tracking?

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you want to share and track the PDF form sent to different people.

You can quickly share the PDF online when the recipient views the file, you get a notification in Adobe Acrobat and an email. To view and track all the files shared for viewing.
