I feel stupid. I have to fill a fillable form. The text portions are no problem but there is also grid, 3 boxes wide and and ten long. I have to choose one of 3 horizontal boxes for each of 10 questions. If I put an X in any box, the form automatically duplicates my selection for all 10 questions. Can you help me?
It's not your fault, but that of the form's author. They duplicated the fields without renaming them, and therefore they are all copies of each other now. Report this issue to them and ask them to fix it and send you a new version.
