First page PDF background different from following pages

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to insert a background image on the first page of my PDF file, followed by another background on all the other pages.

You could use the watermark tool to apply a background to the first page and then a different background to the rest of the pages. The watermark tool has the option to "Appear behind page" so it looks like a background.
