Flash again - .mov files saying I need flash

Hi all,

sorry if this has been answered before. 

Am trying to pop a movie into a pdf, they used to work before Flash player was no longer supported. Saved out as .mov file but my machine brings up this:

And then takes me to https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/end-of-life.html

The same file on a colleagues machine brings up a dialogue box option in Acrobat to trust the movie file. Have been through the settings on both machines and they're identical.

Can anyone shed any light. Much appreciated.

What exact version of Acrobat Pro do you run? Maybe it's too old.
