The font color in Fill and Sign somehow got changed to White. How do I change it back?
All I see is comments that say it cant be done, but mine is definitely white and saves as white.
I had this problem too. Once you click on fill and sign, you should see a row of options at the top of your document
Ab X (a check mark) (an oval) (a line) (a dot) Sign
To the right of Sign, there is a dot that lets you change font color. But you cannot see it because it is white!!!! Click in that area until you see a color palette. Then choose black or off-black. (I actually couldn't get black to work, so I had to use off-black). That should solve the problem

Actually you can change the font color for Adobe Sign fields, you just have to know how to do it. As far as I know, it can't be done using the Prepare form mode in Acrobat. The form has to be created using a different method. But I could be wrong about this.
The question for you however, is how did you get a white font? How did you create the form? Can you post it?

Unfortunately, I can't post it as it is a proprietary company form.
I did not create it, I am just trying to sign and date it, but when I enter the date it is white.

Are you placing the singature field(area) on the form when you send for signatures, or is it already there?

I received the form. I turned on fill and sign to sign and date it. When I go to enter the date it is white text

Does this form have fields on it already? is it fillable?
Is it already a Fill and Sign form?

It was a standard pdf form that the company wanted me to sign and date. I turned on fill and sign to do so and the text for the date was white.
I ended up printing out the for signing it and scanning it back to send, because everywhere I checked it said you can not change the font color in fill and sign.

I spent ages trying to figure this out. So, once the colour is set to white, the button is almost invisible on a white background, and if you don't remember how you changed it in the first place, you're stuck. It's obviously stumped a lot of people. Thanks very much for sharing. Phew! Solved at last.
