Font size in comments changes between documents, sometimes very small

In the last week or two, we have been having an issue of the font in the comments being so small they're nearly impossible to read. This happens sometimes. Other times, it shows up as Helvetica 24, which I used on a previous document's comment. My Preferences (Edit: Preferences: Commenting: Viewing Comments) is set to Arial size 14.

When I get the very small size comment font, open the comment pane, and select the comment, the font icon stays grayed out. This is whether the text is selected or not.

In creating a new comment, I was able to get the font icon to allow selection, I changed it to Times Roman 24. However, the text is still very small when I type, about 1 mm on a printed page.

I have tried Check for Updates, Repair Installation, and rebooting the machine, but I'm still having the issue.

Which Adobe application and version or service are you using?

Can you post a screenshot of the problem?

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2021.001.20145

The sample I attached is a new comment, so the font and size (Times Roman 24) are available. However, the comment "NEW COMMENT" is in the lower right, under the hand written "Approved".

16.2% magnification isn't very much.  Try increasing your magnification.

Magnification is the viewing of the whole page. Yes, I can see it better if I magnify the whole page. However, when other employees view the document they will view it usually at Fit Height or Fit Width.

Attached is 100% magnification

Yup.  End user's settings will vary.  Not much you can do about that.
