Hello,

We create Full Text Index over larger filing structures with thousands of folders, sub-folders and files. The whole structure can have a memory size of 35 GB.

So far we haven't had any problems with this either, since recently these indexes can be started, but they never end, even after 3 days the index process continues and can only be canceled.

Smaller storage structures in the area of 1 GB are processed without problems.

We work in a network (new Server) with Windows 10 and Adobe Acrobat X.

Have already done further tests without a network (data local) and with the latest Adobe Acrobat DC, unfortunately with the same result.

What we noticed is that an error message is displayed for certain files during processing: "The document could not be opened". A file name is often displayed such as: Filename.pdf. -jobobtions

Does somebody has any idea?
