Generating dates in advance (30 days, same exact form)

I coordinate about 11 different unchanging forms for daily use. Each form requires the printed date of the day the form is used. I typically allocate 1 day a month to prepare and print these daily forms 4-6 weeks in advance. How can I generate 30 copies of a form, each having their own date without manually entering in each date onto 30 pages?
