Get Server Error When Sending Docs/Constantly have to clear the cache

Is anyone else having an issue with sending docs. We get an error message when sending for signature and have to clear cache/cookies every day to get it to work. It does not happen on the old Mac OS Catalina 10.15.6 but anything newer than that doesn't work properly.

As you receive the server error when trying to send the document for signature, please try using the new incognito window on the Chrome browser. Check if the issue still occurs.

 

Please let us know how exactly you are sending the document for signature. It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the error message you receive.
