Getting multiple-party signatures on a letter

Hi all,

I'm trying to get a sign-on letter created where people electronically sign the letter, but I want to limit their "editable portions" to just their signature, title, and company. I use the paid version of Adobe Acrobat DC and was able to put the signature/title/company "blocks" in the appropriate places on the letter; but a signee just contacted me and said that whenever they put in their info to their blocks, it copies the info into all the others.

Anyone have any pointers for me on this? Thanks.

Use unique names for the fields.
