Google App similar to Adobe Editor

Is there a Google app or extension that will allow me to print PDF files with different page sizes?

Thanks for the query.

No, Google does not provide a standalone app to print a file to PDF. One can use Acrobat if have subscription else can use default Microsoft's Print to PDF/Save as PDF option.
