Do you have Adobe Acrobat or the free Adobe Reader?

In Adobe Reader or Acrobat you can rotate the view, but his will not be a permanent change. If Acrobat Pro or Standard you can rotate the pdf file and if you then save the file, it will be permanently rotated. I am not on my usual machine but I think Conrol-R or Command-R will bring up the Rotate Dialog in Acrobat Pro or Reader.
