Help audio Acrobat

I record comments in Acrobat, but, from one hour to another, they don't play anymore. I click, click, and nothing. I already uninstalled and installed again. And nothing. I can't listen to audio from old files either. Who can help me, please?

As the audio comments on PDF not playing in the application, would you mind sharing any sample PDF with us on which you have added the comments? You can upload the PDF on Document Cloud (https://documentcloud.adobe.com) and generate the link using the share icon. Then share that link with us here.

Share the Acrobat and OS version you are using on your machine.

Please ensure that the application is updated to the latest version. To check that, launch the application and go to Help > Check for updates.
