help requested in lining up column contents

I have texts in what appear to be columns in a pdf. The two columns should align so that readers may view the information properly.  Please see the screenshot below.Acrobat help with columns.pngscreenshot and help me to accomplish this task. Thanks! Keith

This really should be done in the original source application, not after the fact in Acrobat. You can try messing with the line spacing for each and every single line, but honestly, it's not going to work as you hope it would. Acrobat doesn't do line spacing like a word processing or design program does. 

 

What program was the original file made in?
