Help Text created in FormsCentral not displaying in the PDF form

I'm using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Forms Central. When I was making the form and inserting a text field, it gave me the option to add help text and on my form a ? mark showed up next to the text field. However, when I converted it to a PDF, the ? for the help text did not appear and hovering the cursor over the field does not display it either.

Any help much appreciated!

You should upgrade your Acrobat since FormsCentral is no longer available.
