HELP! Uninstalled CC because can't install Acrobat and can't download it back!

HELP!

I bought a CC subscription for a year through my organisation. I redeemed the code and dowloaded the software. When installing, it updated the Illustrator CS6 version that I had already installed but didn't update Acrobat. I uninstalled Acrobat, Illustrator and CC and wanted to start from scratch. But now I can't download CC because the code has been redeemed already. What can I do?????

Clicking on your link I got the screen with all software to download. My MAC OS does not support any of the apps. Can I download the previous versions of Illustrator and Acrobat (I think the one I had before was XI)?
