I have created some grapics that I want to offer for sale as downloadable prints for framing.  Thry were created using an 8x10 format.  How can I create different sizes so customers have more options e.g. 8.5x 11, 16x20 A4, etc. all the way up to poster size.  These PDFs were created using Pages for Mac, so I have two questions:

1. Do I first need to create the PDFs on Acrobat?

2.  How do I create the different size options?

I'm not very tech savvy so all answers are greatly appreciated.

There's no need to do that. A PDF can be printed to any paper size when printed. However, if it's a bitmap image and its scaled up it will lose quality by becoming pixelated, though, of course, so create it at the highest possible quality and resolution and it should work just fine.
