We're using the Request Signature tool on Adobe Acrobat DC for a paperless approval chain which works fine. However, we only need the email confirmations of the signings for the sender. Currently, it is being sent to everyone in the approval chain as well.

Is there a way to disable the email confirmations for specific people?

Many thanks.

Hi Eren,

Thank you for reaching out.

We did check your account and see that you have Adobe Acrobat DC service that includes the Adobe Sign individual plan.

I am afraid to say that there is no setting in the account to disable the notifications as it gives access to all the signers to receive their final copies of the document.

Hope that answers your question.

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
