How can I keep "add text box" comments at 100% opacity?

New Here ,

When I use "add text box" to put text comments on an pdf they show up in bright red, as I've chosen in the properties (using Acrobat Pro DC on a Mac).

However when I move to another part of the document, the comments fade to a pale pink, and only come back to the full red when I click on them. Likewise, they show up pale for the printing.

How can I have them at full opacity all the time?

thanks,

Hi Adams,

Sorry for the delay in response.

You have mentioned that the add text box shows up in bright red as you have selected it the properties.

Please make sure that you check the box for " Make properties default" in the Text Box Properties window to keep that color and opacity selected for all the text box you add in the PDF.

If that does not help, please check if this happens with a particular PDF.

Try to add a text box on other PDFs and check if the issue occurs.

Also, share the details about the Acrobat and OS version you are using currently on your Mac.

Let us know if you need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi
