How can I un-merge individual signed documents

Hi There

I am a ne user [literally installed on Friday] and I sent 5 individual documents out for a signature by using the upload more documents feature.

When I got them back they are in 1 combined file, which is fine, however I cannot see how I can separate out the individual documents which I need to do in order to have them assigned to the correct files.

Please can anyone help?

If they are digitally signed then you can't do it. Ask the recipients to sign them individually and re-send them back to you.

Oh that's a shame, but good to know I wasn't missing something obvious.  

I warning when uploading multiple files would have helped 😞
