I was scanning some files and scanner jammed.  I removed the paper and tried to start scanning once more, but couldn't get access to my scanner.  I decided to close my file and received a message saying I couldn't close it because the scanner was being used.  I don't know where to go from here.

Hi Brian,

You need to force quit Acrobat. Probably turn the scanner off and then on.

Then go back to scanning.

Let us know if this works,
