How do I stop Acrobat Pro defaulting to a different e-mail ?

I am paying for Acrobat Pro and all is fine; but when I re-installed recently, the e-mail it picked up was to a different e-mail account that I have and so it is trying to ask me to pay again.  How do I set the profile back to the right e-mail address - the one that I sign on using here?
