Hi this is my first time asking a question in this community and I would appreciate it if anyone can help me out! This is kind of urgent too so fast responses are appreciated
I am editing a wedding invitation template file. The file allows to fit 2 invitations per a page which is great, however when ever I edit one invitation, it automatically changed the other to be the exactly the same. I want to add guest names, but it is hard to do so if it keeps automatically copying the first invite. If further information helps, the invitations are positioned next to each other.
Thank you if anyone can help!
‌
Open the file in Acrobat and go to Tools - Forms - Edit. Then right-click the fields and select Rename Field and enter a new name.

If you used form fields then you need to make sure that each field has a
unique name.

‌I'm a real novice when it comes to pdf/acrobat ect. What does it mean by form fields? Thanks for the reply
Edit: I should probably say that I didn't create this pdf file, as it was originally a wedding invitation template.

At this point it might be best to send to separate responses, one for you and one for the guests, and include an explanation in an email or some other way.

‌Would it be easier if I sent the template to someone and they can turn off this automatic function for me?
