I have been sent over a document that is currently Arial and the user would like it in Calibri - how do I do this?
Ideally, you should get the original word document and change the font there. You can try changing it in Acrobat using the Edit tool, and selecting each text box, but its a bit of a crap shoot and there's no guarantee it will work as you expect it to. And Acrobat has no way to do a wholesale change of one font to another. Sorry.

A whole document, multiple pages, with text flow? Make it again in the original app. Far beyond any reasonable hope of PDF editing. Or, export to Word and remake it.

Hi All
I chose the above answer as that is true. You cannot modify the font style in Adobe Acrobat 9.
Alternative: A user downloaded the trial version of Adobe DC and it worked fine.
