How to a pdf that others can upload an image into?

I am needing a way to have someone send me one or two confidential images with a password protection but those people sending it do not have Adobe. Is there a way to do that? Can I send them a blank PDF, password protected, for them to place the images in? I'm envisioning what you do for "request a signature" with a password. But I don't need a signature. I just need a way for them to send me a copy of one or two images but it needs to be secured with a password. Thoughts? Thanks!!

Info: Password protection of PDF files is not secure.

You can add an image field to a PDF that will allow a user to insert an image from their local machine into it, but keep in mind that this is FAR from a secure way of transferring images. You can improve the security by adding a file-open password, but there are still ways around it.

So what is the best way to send sensitive information because I called Adobe and they said using their file open password was secure?

It's secure up to a point. Since there's no limit on the number of attempts to open it, it is susceptible to brute-force attacks. I don't know how sensitive this information is, or what's the law regarding it in your country, so I can't give you advice on the matter.
