How to add field of type sign in new Acrobat Reader Pro DC?

I don´t view how add a field of type sign on pfd.

In this link show how I add this field but in my new adobe I don´t see this button.

You need Acrobat for that. Reader can't add fields through the UI (only with a script).

It's where the tutorials shows. If you can't find it click on Tools - Prepare Form and then click on "More" at the right side of the window and then on "Revert to Acrobat Form". In the future, do not tick the box that says "This document requires signatures" when creating the form.
