how do I include "validation panel" in adobe acrobat pro dc, when requesting for signature? I am using Macbook.
Is it done under Settings section or when preparing document for signing?
I was not able to find it under Settings > Signatures preferences
I also could not find it under the signature / data fields to insert into document.
Pls advise, thanks
Let me move this to the Acrobat forum for you, which is the appropriate forum for your question. The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs. Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.
Do you mean display the Signatures panel by default when the file is opened? Unfortunately, I don't think that's possible.
It should be the default when a signature exists in the file, in my opinion, or at the very least an option under the Initial View settings, but it's not.
Thanks for your reply. I have solved the issue. It's because I viewed the document using Mac Preview, the security certs cannot be seen. After I download Adobe Reader, I can see the security certs already.
