How to adobe acrobat dc use “print as image” setting by default

Our site is using virutal desktops and we want the "Print as image" set as the default for all users. I was able to find the reg key locations for Adobe 7, 8 & 9 but we have not been able to fine it for our verison. Adope Acrobat Pro DC Version 2020.006.20042. 

Does anyone know the location or another way to accomplish it.
