I have created a pdf form from a word document and Adobe has translated a series of Yes/No tables into Yes/No text boxes, I want to change all these into Checkboxes, is there an easy way of doing this rather that deleteing each individually and then replacing them with checkboxes?

You can do it using this tool I've developed: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat -- Convert Form Fields Type
Also, if you use the Wingdings font for your check-boxes then you can use this one: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat/Reader -- Convert Wingdings To Fields

Hello Benedictt,
As per the description above, you want to change the Text boxed into Check boxed in a PDF form created from a Word document, Is that correct?
Please refer and try the suggestions from the following KB doc which discusses the similar scenario

OK, thanks I'll give it a look but I note that you specify that this does not work with DC which is what I am using.
