How to complete Acrobat form using iPad

I have an Application form with calculations, validation scripts, etc.  We email the application to our customer who fills it out, electronically signs, saves & emails back to us (via Cisco secure email).  It works fine if the customer is using a computer, but doesn't work on an iPad. 

I have tried a couple apps that will allow them complete/sign the form but not having luck.  Also, I don't want an app that will cost the customer.

Has anyone had successful on this???  What app?

I don't think any mobile PDF application supports real digital signatures, only fake "hand-written" ones and things like that.

That's OK - we can work with that.  But what about filling in form itself - what app?
