How to covert entire HTML report to PDF

I have an Html report that needs to be converted to pdf. I using adobe Acrobat DC pro but not able to understand how do I covert the entire html to pdf?

The Html report I am providing has hidden links that can only be open when you click on them but when I am using the option pdf from webpage in adobe Acrobat DC pro, it is only converting what we see but not the entire Html report with hidden links in it

Yes, you can only convert what you see. There is no converter that manages all that scripting stuff in the HTML and turns it somehow into Acrobat stuff.  You need to provide (perhaps from a link) the complete thing. You might call this link "printable copy" because that's the other time it's needed - a lot of people like paper.
